Information you provide

The quote form sends the contact and project information you choose to provide, including your name, company, region, work email, device requirements, estimated quantity and project notes.

Technical and security data

The hosting and security services used by this website may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps and security signals. This data is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.

Optional site analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept cookies”. It measures page views, coarse entry source, page language, viewport class, foreground participation after recent interaction, content-depth thresholds, selected internal links and quote-funnel events. These are aggregate measurement signals, not a claim that someone read every word.

YOULEN does not place form answers, names, companies, email addresses, user IDs, full URL queries or fragments, precise location, advertising identifiers or fingerprints in analytics event parameters. Google may process standard network and technical request data when its service is enabled. Analytics failure or refusal never blocks the quote form.

The “Cookie preferences” link in the footer lets you change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission stops new analytics events, cancels events waiting for the Google tag and changes analytics storage back to denied. The change also applies to other open tabs on this site.

This stores product choices, not your contact details or project notes. It is not an account and does not sync between devices. Selections remain until you remove them, successfully submit them in an inquiry, or clear this site's browser storage.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Browser local storage remembers your display theme and Cookie preferences across languages, visits and tabs on this site. Acceptance lasts 180 days from your last explicit acceptance; rejection lasts 3 days. Visits do not extend these periods. When your choice expires, we ask again and analytics stays off until you accept. Clearing browser data, using another browser or starting a new private-browsing session may require a new choice. Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the service.

Quote reference and delivery record

The server creates a submission reference for each accepted quote request. The same reference appears in the private sales email and in a restricted, PII-free delivery ledger used to suppress duplicate sending when available and record delivery status. The ledger does not contain the customer’s identity or enquiry text, and a ledger outage does not block delivery of the enquiry.

Your choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
