128GB TF Card · Bulk supply
For accumulated vehicle footage, larger offline libraries and field records. Compare U1 and U3 options alongside their distinct write budgets and temperature ranges.
Final product specifications, availability and commercial terms follow our written quotation.
128GB serves devices that keep substantial content between transfers. Multi-camera footage, higher-resolution driving video, continuous surveillance and field data each create a different reason for the added space.

Taxi and truck cameras collect footage across a working shift. 128GB provides room to retain more of that journey history between downloads or loop overwrites.

Front-and-rear cameras and higher-resolution footage generate larger files. 128GB leaves more driving history available before loop recording overwrites older clips.

Continuous camera recording accumulates footage throughout the day. 128GB extends the local review window at a given bitrate before older video is overwritten.

Photos, service documents and collected records can accumulate across field visits. 128GB provides space to carry more offline material and retain work before synchronisation.

The U1 and U3 options use 0°C to 70°C, at 200 and 300 writes respectively. The 500-write U3 option extends the range to −25°C to 85°C.
| Capacity / format | 128GB TF Card |
|---|---|
| Applications | Fleet video recorders · Dash cameras · Security cameras · Industrial handhelds · and more |
| Device fit | For mobile digital video recorders (DVRs) in taxis or commercial vehicles, confirm card-based storage, slot format, capacity limit and total write rate across all camera channels. For industrial handhelds, confirm TF support and operating conditions. |
| Speed | Class 10 (C10) / UHS Speed Class 1 (U1) / UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) options. Confirm the speed class for the selected configuration. |
| Write endurance | Compare the configurations below. Full-card write figures belong to the selected configuration. |
| NAND flash / controller | Micron / SK hynix — exact flash and controller parts are disclosed in your order’s bill of materials (BOM). |
| Warranty | One-year warranty with replacement of covered faulty cards. Any first-year failure-rate ceiling is agreed for the specific configuration. |
| Configuration | Full-card writes¹ | Temperature | Speed selection |
|---|---|---|---|
| Configuration 1 | 200 | 0°C to 70°C | U1 |
| Configuration 2 | 300 | 0°C to 70°C | U3 |
| Configuration 3 | 500 | −25°C to 85°C | U3 |
¹ Approximate full-card writes: repeatedly writing an amount equal to the card capacity. These are not raw flash-cell erase cycles or a calendar-life guarantee. Confirm the exact configuration with your sample and quotation.
Component transparency
Request the bill of materials (BOM), including flash memory and controller details, for your proposed configuration.
Agree a locked BOM so repeat orders follow the approved component configuration.
If material availability requires a BOM change, we provide new samples at least one month before the proposed change for your testing and approval. Changes are confirmed with you before implementation.
Plan storage and writing
Content updates and recordings can write very different amounts each day. Choose a full-card write reference, then enter your actual workload.
| Illustrative daily writes | Full-card writes / day | Write-budget estimate |
|---|---|---|
| 16GB per day | 0.125 | 4.38 years |
| 32GB per day | 0.25 | 2.19 years |
| 64GB per day | 0.5 | 1.10 years |
| 128GB per day | 1 | 0.55 years |
Examples are planning inputs, not measured typical usage. Estimates above ten years are shown as >10 years to avoid implying a calendar-life promise. Temperature, power interruptions and device writing behaviour also affect service life. Warranty remains one year.
Capacity × full-card writes ÷ daily written GB ÷ 365. Decimal units: 1GB = 1,000MB = 1,000,000KB. This is a write-budget calculation, not a failure date.
