32GB TF Card · Bulk supply
For offline maps and media, local files and recording systems with a bounded footage history. Compare write budget, speed and temperature as separate configuration choices.
Final product specifications, availability and commercial terms follow our written quotation.
32GB can serve a defined media library or a moderate recording window. The useful capacity depends on which files stay on the device and which are routinely replaced.

Regional maps, music and other offline media can share a 32GB card, keeping a practical in-car library available without mobile data.

Daily driving footage needs space until it is copied or overwritten. 32GB offers a bounded loop history where a multi-day archive is not the goal.

Event clips or a short rolling history may be the priority at an entrance or small site. 32GB can provide that local recording space without planning a large archive.

A 32GB TF card provides local storage for photos and short videos on children’s cameras that support this capacity. Check the camera’s file-system requirements and recording modes, then test saving, playback and transfer with a sample.

These options trade different write budgets and operating ranges. The U3 recording option is 300–500 writes at 0°C to 70°C; it is distinct from the 800–1000-write option.
| Capacity / format | 32GB TF Card |
|---|---|
| Applications | Car stereos & navigation · Dash cameras · Security cameras · Children’s cameras · and more |
| Device fit | For car stereos, confirm the card slot and supported capacity. For children’s cameras, check 32GB support, file system and the selected photo/video modes. |
| Speed | Class 10 (C10) / UHS Speed Class 1 (U1) / UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) options. Confirm the speed class for the selected configuration. |
| Write endurance | Compare the configurations below. Full-card write figures belong to the selected configuration. |
| NAND flash / controller | Micron / SK hynix — exact flash and controller parts are disclosed in your order’s bill of materials (BOM). |
| Warranty | One-year warranty with replacement of covered faulty cards. Any first-year failure-rate ceiling is agreed for the specific configuration. |
| Configuration | Full-card writes¹ | Temperature | Speed selection |
|---|---|---|---|
| Configuration 1 | 300 | 0°C to 70°C | See speed specification above |
| Configuration 2 | 300–500 | −25°C to 85°C | See speed specification above |
| Configuration 3 | 800–1000 | −25°C to 85°C | See speed specification above |
| Configuration 4 | 300–500 | 0°C to 70°C | U3 |
¹ Approximate full-card writes: repeatedly writing an amount equal to the card capacity. These are not raw flash-cell erase cycles or a calendar-life guarantee. Confirm the exact configuration with your sample and quotation.
Component transparency
Request the bill of materials (BOM), including flash memory and controller details, for your proposed configuration.
Agree a locked BOM so repeat orders follow the approved component configuration.
If material availability requires a BOM change, we provide new samples at least one month before the proposed change for your testing and approval. Changes are confirmed with you before implementation.
Plan storage and writing
Content updates and recordings can write very different amounts each day. Choose a full-card write reference, then enter your actual workload.
| Illustrative daily writes | Full-card writes / day | Write-budget estimate |
|---|---|---|
| 1GB per day | 0.0313 | >10 years |
| 4GB per day | 0.125 | 6.58 years |
| 8GB per day | 0.25 | 3.29 years |
| 16GB per day | 0.5 | 1.64 years |
Examples are planning inputs, not measured typical usage. Estimates above ten years are shown as >10 years to avoid implying a calendar-life promise. Temperature, power interruptions and device writing behaviour also affect service life. Warranty remains one year.
Capacity × full-card writes ÷ daily written GB ÷ 365. Decimal units: 1GB = 1,000MB = 1,000,000KB. This is a write-budget calculation, not a failure date.
