8GB TF Card · Bulk supply
For lesson packs, stories and music collections that need more space than a compact 2GB or 4GB content set. Choose between two write budgets according to how often content changes.
Final product specifications, availability and commercial terms follow our written quotation.
8GB can hold offline audio libraries or a defined advertising playlist. Replaying stored files is different from continually recording new footage; size the content package and count the data replaced during updates.

An 8GB TF card can hold a fixed playlist of images and short clips in an elevator advertising display with card-based playback. Check the complete file package and player support; repeated playback reads the files, while replacing the playlist adds writes.

Multiple story and song packs can share one card. 8GB gives content-rich toys room for a varied audio collection without relying on online playback.

Music and spoken-audio files stay available without a network on radios with a card-playback slot. 8GB provides room for a varied listening library, with writes mainly when that library changes.

Local media, interface assets and device files can exceed a small settings-only package. 8GB adds room for that content and periodic updates.

Both reference options use the same temperature range. Their main difference is the approximate full-card write budget: 500 or 800 writes.
| Capacity / format | 8GB TF Card |
|---|---|
| Applications | Offline audio · Elevator advertising displays · and more |
| Speed | Class 10 (C10) / UHS Speed Class 1 (U1) / UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) options. Confirm the speed class for the selected configuration. |
| Write endurance | Compare the configurations below. Full-card write figures belong to the selected configuration. |
| NAND flash / controller | Micron / SK hynix — exact flash and controller parts are disclosed in your order’s bill of materials (BOM). |
| Warranty | One-year warranty with replacement of covered faulty cards. Any first-year failure-rate ceiling is agreed for the specific configuration. |
| Configuration | Full-card writes¹ | Temperature | Speed selection |
|---|---|---|---|
| Configuration 1 | 500 | −25°C to 85°C | See speed specification above |
| Configuration 2 | 800 | −25°C to 85°C | See speed specification above |
¹ Approximate full-card writes: repeatedly writing an amount equal to the card capacity. These are not raw flash-cell erase cycles or a calendar-life guarantee. Confirm the exact configuration with your sample and quotation.
Component transparency
Request the bill of materials (BOM), including flash memory and controller details, for your proposed configuration.
Agree a locked BOM so repeat orders follow the approved component configuration.
If material availability requires a BOM change, we provide new samples at least one month before the proposed change for your testing and approval. Changes are confirmed with you before implementation.
Plan storage and writing
Playing existing audio or reading files does not consume the write budget in the same way as replacing content. These examples cover small updates through a full library refresh.
| Illustrative daily writes | Full-card writes / day | Write-budget estimate |
|---|---|---|
| 50MB per day | 0.0063 | >10 years |
| 250MB per day | 0.0313 | >10 years |
| 1GB per day | 0.125 | >10 years |
| 8GB per day | 1 | 1.37 years |
Examples are planning inputs, not measured typical usage. Estimates above ten years are shown as >10 years to avoid implying a calendar-life promise. Temperature, power interruptions and device writing behaviour also affect service life. Warranty remains one year.
Capacity × full-card writes ÷ daily written GB ÷ 365. Decimal units: 1GB = 1,000MB = 1,000,000KB. This is a write-budget calculation, not a failure date.
