How many cards can I order?
Custom card printing starts from 500 cards. This depends on the card, design and order requirements.
For bulk orders without custom printing, tell us the quantity for each capacity. Mention any mixed capacities or custom packaging. We will confirm the available options and quote for your order.
What do you need to print my logo?
Please provide documents showing that you can authorize us to use the logo. We confirm this first, then agree the design with you.
You can send your own artwork. We can also help with simple designs for the card face and printed packaging card.
Capacity and speed markings must match the selected card. We also check the licensing requirements for any SD/microSD logos and performance marks in your design.
How can I tell different card options apart?
Printed capacity and technical markings usually help identify the card. But cards with the same capacity and speed markings may have different write endurance.
We add identifying marks where needed. Different quality options are packed separately and clearly labelled. You can also send us a card’s laser-engraved code so we can look up its details.
Need a different number of cards and packaging units? List both quantities and which card each pack is for. We will confirm the packing arrangement.
How do I order samples, and what do they cost?
Tell us which card you want to test. If you need help choosing, send the device model. Include the sample quantity and delivery address.
We will confirm the sample charge, shipping cost and estimated dispatch date. Tell us if the test also needs custom printing, packaging or preloaded files. Sample arrangements are agreed separately from the bulk order.
How do you match a bulk order to my approved sample?
Every YOULEN card has a laser-engraved code. Keep your approved sample’s code and test record. We can use them to look up the sample configuration and test information when confirming your bulk order.
Need the same flash memory, controller or firmware in future orders? Tell us before sample approval. We will confirm whether we can support this and agree the terms. A traceable sample does not, by itself, guarantee unchanged components.

We will confirm whether this is available for your order. The order confirmation will state the handover location, who handles transport and export clearance, and the related charges.
