64GB TF cards for recording and handheld devices.

64GB adds room as recordings, media and field records grow beyond a compact collection. Each use benefits from keeping more content locally between transfers or overwrites.

Outdoor security camera mounted under a shop eave

Security cameras

More stored footage leaves a wider interval available for review at the same recording bitrate. 64GB expands a local camera history beyond smaller-card limits.

Dash camera mounted inside a parked car

Dash cameras

Longer journeys and additional camera views produce more footage. 64GB provides more room before loop recording reaches and replaces older files.

action camera on a mounting bracket beside a cycling helmet

Action cameras

A 64GB memory card provides space for outdoor video clips between transfers. For action cameras, confirm 64GB support and the sustained write speed required by the chosen recording mode; test recording and playback before selecting the supply configuration.

Rugged handheld mobile computer on a warehouse packing desk

Industrial handhelds

Inspection photos, downloaded manuals and collected records can build up during a shift. 64GB adds space for field work before files are transferred back.

Specifications of this 64GB TF card

Write endurance and operating temperature describe different requirements. Compare the documented combinations below against daily writes and the temperature inside your device.

ApplicationsSecurity cameras · Dash cameras · Action cameras · Industrial handhelds · and more
Device fitConfirm the device’s supported capacity, file system and temperature range, including the TF expansion slot on industrial handhelds. For action cameras, match the required sustained write speed to the recording mode and test the proposed card in the device.
SpeedClass 10 (C10) / UHS Speed Class 1 (U1) / UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) options. Confirm the speed class for the selected configuration.
Write enduranceCompare the configurations below. Full-card write figures belong to the selected configuration.
NAND flash / controllerMicron / SK hynix — exact flash and controller parts are disclosed in your order’s bill of materials (BOM).
WarrantyOne-year warranty with replacement of covered faulty cards. Any first-year failure-rate ceiling is agreed for the specific configuration.

¹ Approximate full-card writes: repeatedly writing an amount equal to the card capacity. These are not raw flash-cell erase cycles or a calendar-life guarantee. Confirm the exact configuration with your sample and quotation.

More retained footage and more total writes are different choices.

At the same recording rate, 64GB holds roughly twice as much footage as 32GB, before device reservations. That does not automatically mean twice the cumulative write budget.

Reference calculation using listed configurations
Capacity and write referenceCumulative writes
32GB × 1000 full-card writes32,000GB
64GB × 500 full-card writes32,000GB

The 1000-write figure is the upper end of the 32GB 800–1000 option. Equal reference totals do not establish equal service life or identical speed and temperature specifications. Choose 64GB when the required retained files exceed 32GB’s usable space; compare 128GB when 64GB is insufficient.

For a recorder, test sustained recording and loop overwrite. For an industrial handheld, load the intended photos, manuals and records, then check storage access and synchronisation. Confirm that the device supports 64GB and the required file system before ordering.

Component transparency

Will repeat orders use the same components?

BOM available

Request the bill of materials (BOM), including flash memory and controller details, for your proposed configuration.

BOM locking available

Agree a locked BOM so repeat orders follow the approved component configuration.

Samples before a change

If material availability requires a BOM change, we provide new samples at least one month before the proposed change for your testing and approval. Changes are confirmed with you before implementation.

Plan storage and writing

How does your writing affect card life?

Content updates and recordings can write very different amounts each day. Choose a full-card write reference, then enter your actual workload.

64GB × 300 full-card writes = 19200GB reference cumulative writes
Illustrative daily writesFull-card writes / dayWrite-budget estimate
4GB per day0.0625>10 years
16GB per day0.253.29 years
32GB per day0.51.64 years
64GB per day10.82 years

Examples are planning inputs, not measured typical usage. Estimates above ten years are shown as >10 years to avoid implying a calendar-life promise. Temperature, power interruptions and device writing behaviour also affect service life. Warranty remains one year.

Calculate your write-budget estimate3.29 years

Capacity × full-card writes ÷ daily written GB ÷ 365. Decimal units: 1GB = 1,000MB = 1,000,000KB. This is a write-budget calculation, not a failure date.
